The pandemic brought with it a wide range of unexpected challenges. For Stowood Scientific instruments, because doctors were no longer able to explain how to set up their patients’ sleep monitoring devices, they were getting inaccurate readings. And at a time when NHS staff were overwhelmed, it seemed like a good idea to make a series of explainer videos to help patients set up their devices.
